The set consists of:

1. Kamoizumi Enju Junmai Daiginjo

This sake has a clean and clear taste. Its taste and scent are not overpowering, and it is modestly acidic. Enjoy in a wine glass at room temperature or cooled.

Rice: Yamadanishiki (from Zoka, Hiroshima)
Polish: 50%
SMV: +1
Acidity: 1.5
Alcohol: 16.0 %


2. Kamoizumi Shusen Junmai Ginjo

Since its introduction in 1972, this sake is representative of the Kamoizumi brand.

Its mellow flavor of rice is brought out, giving this bright golden yellow sake its tastiness. Enjoy this not only chilled, but also warmed around 37~40°C.

Rice: Hiroshima Hattan, Shinsenbon
Polish: 58%

3. Kamoizumi Zoka Junmai

This junmaishu is made from "Yamadanishiki" 100% which is grown using pure underground water from Saijo with traditional brewery master techniques of Hiroshima.

The distinctive feature of "Yamadanishiki" is its unique and rich flavor with a profound umami (flavor). Enjoy it with various meals.

4. Kamoizumi Hajime Junmai

Possessing a sharp sourness and mild fragrance of rice gives this sake a clean aftertaste.

It can be enjoyed at various temperatures: chilled, at room temperature or warmed up. “Hajime” means “the beginning” in Japanese.
