    Together with black koji tailoring of ancient lore, skill of traditional moray charged, the selection of brown sugar, the shochu will be fragrant and tasteful after being built up by atmospheric distillation.

    In storage, it has aged in the jar vases baked at 1,200 degrees. The respiration of a hole of a myriad of micro to moray eels, neutralizing the acid, causing the calcium and magnesium in the moray eels to become mellow.
