This is one of the first Koshitanrei sakes to be made commercially available. Made with 100% soft water from natural spring water from the Maki district of Niigata, this sake has sweet & savory notes of chestnuts, is texturally pleasing & lightly aromatic. This suits more cream based food, and is best served lightly chilled or at room temperature.
