    This old sake Daiginjo was brewed in 1998 and has been treasured in a tunnel of Sado Kinzan, and kept at about 10-11 degrees throughout the year. The colour turns amber and deepens with age. The aroma gains depth. Please cool it lightly or drink and room temperature.
