GENERAL FAQ

What is it exactly that Inter Rice Asia does?

We are a sake distribution company based in Singapore. We supply to various restaurants, bars as well as to customers directly. We also conduct training seminars, workshops and tasting sessions; among other fun and social activities.

What sake brands do you carry?

We carry sake from over 17 breweries at the moment, even though only a handful of products can be seen in our webpage. We focus on smaller breweries rather than larger commercial ones, trying to cover a wider variety and taste profiles.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, we only deliver within Singapore.

I am not sure which sake should I get, can I get a recommendation?

Do you have a physical store where we can browse products?

Our warehouse is located at 16 Kallang Place, #05-05, Singapore 339156. You are very welcome to drop by on weekdays (excluding PH) from 10.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m.

I want to host a party/wedding/event, can I get a different rate for sake?

Depending on the quantity, drop us an e-mail and we will be happy to work out something different for you.



SUBSCRIPTION FAQ

What will I receive in my subscription box?

You will receive two or three 720 ml bottles (depending on your subscription plan), complete with an educational kit including detailed tasting notes, recommended consumption temperature and glassware to savour the saké.

What is the difference between the six-month plan and the monthly plan?

The six-month plan is billed at the start of every six months and offers immediate savings of $60, while the monthly plan is billed at the start of every month and can be cancel any time. Both plans are auto-renewable.

When will the bottles be delivered?

Subscription boxes will be delivered to a single address of you choice, by the 25th day of each month. Customers must order by the 20th day of the month to receive their order in the same month.

Can I customise my saké subscription box? May I request for a specific bottle to be included in the subscription if I really enjoy it?

No, the monthly selections are carefully curated by our saké sommelier. Customers who have preferred bottles that they wish to repeat may shop our catalog to select specific bottles by brand and type, and quantity for direct home delivery.

Can I gift the subscription?

Yes, you may use the subscription plan for yourself or as a gift to a friend. Follow the instructions at the payment page and indicate your friend’s name and address.

How do I make payment?

Payment is made by credit card or debit card upon signing up for the subscription.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ

How do I know exactly when my saké bottles arrive?

Orders from our STORE will be delivered within 1 to 2 days. Subscription boxes will be delivered by the 25th of each month. You may inform our courier of your preferred time, when they call prior to each delivery.

I’m moving. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you may change your address by the 20th of the month for it to be effective in the same month. Please send an email at admin@interriceasia.com including your name and current address, and the new address.

What are the delivery charges? Do you ship internationally?

We provide free shipping to addresses in Singapore. We currently do not provide international shipping.
